Your employer puts the year's care money in the app on day one. You spend it at the desk, see what's left on the way out, and never pay first and claim later.

One policy year
Five moments. One ledger.
Everything that happens to the balance, in the order it happens — and the line each moment leaves in the wallet's history.
011 April
It's funded before you need it
Your employer loads the year's balance on day one — the amount set for your grade, shared with the dependants on your plan. Nothing to activate, nothing to claim first.

You spend it at the desk
Scan the code at a network clinic, lab or pharmacy and the bill comes out of the right pocket of the wallet. The new balance is on your phone before you've left the building.

03When it runs short
You only pay the difference
If a bill is bigger than what's left in a pocket, the wallet pays what it can and the app asks for the rest by UPI — at the counter, with the split shown before you confirm.

Saw a doctor while travelling? Photograph the bill and the prescription. Once it's approved, the money goes to your bank and the wallet shows exactly what it drew.

The year closes, out loud
Your plan decides whether an unused balance lapses or carries forward — and the app tells you which, with a reminder a month before, rather than letting it disappear quietly.
Carried forward to next year₹2,600
Out-of-network bills go through claims and every payment passes the fraud checks before the wallet is touched.
For HR
The policy, written as rules a desk can run.
Grades, family cover, category caps and co-pays are set once in the Business Portal. From then on every clinic, lab and pharmacy applies them at the counter — nobody re-reads the policy document.

What HR sees
Funded, drawn, and nothing personal.
The budget question — is the money being used, and on what — answered in aggregate. The medical question never reaches this screen.

An illustrative company, seven months in. Low dental draw is the usual prompt for a camp.
No. It is a care balance your employer funds for a policy year, and it can only be spent on what your plan covers — at a network desk, or reimbursed against a bill you submit. It isn't salary, and it can't be moved to a bank account on its own.
What happens to what I don't use?
Your employer's plan decides: either it lapses at the end of the policy year, or part of it carries forward. Either way the app says which on the wallet screen, and reminds you a month before the year closes.
Can my family spend from it?
If your plan is a family pool, yes — each dependant has their own profile and scans in themselves, and every spend shows whose visit it was. On per-member plans each person has their own balance.
What if a bill is bigger than my balance?
The wallet pays what it can and the app asks you for the rest by UPI, at the counter, before anything is confirmed. You never find out about a shortfall afterwards.
Can HR see what I spent it on?
They see totals — how much of the company's funding has been drawn, and in which categories, across everyone. They never see a person's visits, the doctor, a prescription or a diagnosis.
